I think the worst pictures ever taken of Paul in this time period were on his wedding day. The poor man looks terrible in all of them, puffy and stressed. Could be the strange haircut, too. He looks tense or off in all of these shots.
It's just strange, given how gorgeous he usually was in photos at the time. Perhaps he was just freaked out about finally getting married. Good thing for him it turned out so well (with Linda, anyway).
