meat free monday

A few weeks ago Paul and family launched a new campagne called `Meat Free Monday` to help tackle global warming, they launched a very interesting website containing recipes by top Chefs ,giving ideas for meals.

I am not a vegetarian but I like the idea cos they are presenting vegetarisme in a very gentle way ,no preaching ,no fingers pointing,so I decided 02 weeks ago to try it ,my mum wasn't convinced at first but she was too happy to have somebody else cooking so she let me, the menue was spinach quiche and a vegetable tunisian couscous,I also tried one of the recipes proposed on the website the Peppered Mushroom and Stilton Pie and that was something believe me.
