Paul Dances And Sings Along To Son James Gig
From The Sun
Big n’ Little Macs
PAUL McCARTNEY made his name with THE BEATLES playing dingy venues like Liverpool's Cavern Club.
And memories must have flooded back as he saw son James perform in a basement bar in Brighton to an audience of just 60.
Macca showed up at the Audio bar without security and danced in the corner, next to the cigs machine, with girfriend NANCY SHEVELL.
He captured the gig on video and played the embarrassing dad by singing along. He even knew the lyrics to James' song Glisten - packed with fruity language. Ever the showman, he also sidled up to the stage to get his son's attention while balancing three pints of soda water in his hands. Rock 'n' roll.
James dedicated two songs to Macca, including the aptly named I Love You Dad, which he played on a mandolin. After final lyric "I love you Dad, more than you can know" Paul shouted back: "I love you too."
